When are orders processed?

At Graceful Glow, we group and process all orders in bulk to efficiently source stock and minimize shipping costs for our customers. Therefore, all orders received during the week will be processed the following Monday.

Please Note: Your order will only be processed after we receive your proof of payment.

What is the cutoff time for Proof of Payments?

All Orders and Proof of Payments received on a Monday before 10:00 AM will be processed on the same day.

What happens if I missed the Monday cutoff?

No need to worry if you miss the proof of payment cutoff! All orders and proofs of payment received after 10:00 AM on Monday will be processed with the following week's orders.

When will my order be shipped?

Generally, most orders will be shipped from Graceful Glow on a Friday.

The lead time between order processing and shipment is approximately 5 working days. However, please note that at month-end, there might be slight delays due to increased order volume.

How long will delivery take?

Your delivery time will depend on the delivery method chosen for your order. Generally, delivery will take between 3 to 10 working days from the date of shipment.
