Can I cancel my order?

Yes, your order can be canceled depending on its status and progress. However, Graceful Glow will review all requests for cancellation before the cancellation is finalised and/or approved.

How to request a cancellation?

Send an email to leylavanzyl@gmail.com requesting a cancellation.

Steps:

1. Email subject: Cancel - 4 digit order number
   Example: Cancel - 1234
2. State the reason for cancellation in your email.
3. Attach a bank confirmation letter not older than 3 months.

Cancellation Policy

Order placed but not Paid

If your order is not paid yet and/or no proof of payment has been received, it can be canceled without incurring a cancellation fee.

Order placed and paid but not processed

If your order is paid but not yet processed, a 30% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Order placed, paid & processed

If your order is paid and processed, it can be canceled but will not be eligible for a refund.
