Exchanges
Please note that we do not offer product exchanges. Once a purchase is final, the selected item cannot be swapped for another. If you have any concerns regarding the product, such as defects or damages, please refer to our return policy for appropriate resolution options. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to ensuring the highest quality standards in all our offerings.
Returns Policy
Eligibility for Returns
Unopened Products:
We only accept returns for products that remain unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or partially used items cannot be returned.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence and your order details. We will review your case to determine the best resolution.
Return Request Process
1. Initiate Return
Email us at leylavanzyl@gmail.com. Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting documentation (e.g., photos of defects or damage).
2. Approval Process
Upon receiving your request, our team will review the details. If your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions and, if applicable, a pre-paid shipping label.
3. Timeframe of Return
- Submit your return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Once approved, please send the item back to us within 7 days.
Refunds or Replacements
Inspection Process
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to confirm it meets our return criteria.
Please Note! Once the product has been inspected and found not to meet our criteria, Graceful Glow will not reimburse any shipping or courier fees incurred in delivering the product to you.
Refunds
If the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
Replacements
If approved, we will replace the item with the same product (subject to availability). If the replacement is not currently available, our customer service team will work with you to find the best alternative solution.
Non-Refundable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, any products that have been opened, used, or have a broken seal are not eligible for return unless the item is proven to be defective upon arrival.
